​Cuernavaca HOA Board Meetings

General

• The calendar, agenda and logistics will be available via the usual communication channel (kiosks), but will also be posted on the Cuernavaca HOA website.

• Board meetings consists of 2 parts. The first session discusses general HOA issues and is open to the general HOA membership. In the second (executive) session financial details and other privacy sensitive data are discussed. This session is only open to the HOA Board and CMS. 

• Board meeting calendar, meetings are typically on the 4th Tuesday of the month, from 19:00 to 21:00.

• Only home owners are allowed to join board meetings. Therefore, when joining a board meeting, state your name, your address and confirm that you are a home owner.

• Meeting minutes are not published but may be obtained by sending a request to CMS.
